Our delivery and streamlined service levels Purchase Partners of Asia™ is the importer of record, handling all customs and duty fees, freight logistics, as well as ISF documentation…and if you haven’t heard, all shipments made into the United States are now required to electronically send the ISF documentation [10 + 2 data elements] to the U.S. Customs Department in advance of the shipment arriving a USA port.
