Value Methodology

The Value Methodology, also known as Value Engineering (VE), Value Analysis (VA) or Value Management (VM), is a powerful problem-solving tool that can reduce costs while maintaining or improving performance and quality requirements.

This method of business operations is integrated into our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Manual and is used as a tool for growing business, for our customers and ourselves.

• Value Engineering (VE) is our process of analyzing the functions of an item or process to determine "best value," or the best relationship between worth and cost.  

• Value Analysis (VA) is our method of analyzing total realized costs.

• Value Management (VM) is our technique of managing inventory and eliminating the redundancy of like processes that both Purchase Partners and our customer may be performing and shifting those processes solely to us (supplier).
